i took my driver safety class, passed and now have my liscense... i love the size and feel of the shadow sabre but i do not want the engine size to kick my A**.. im 6 ft and 175 pounds of pure muscle, so would this bike be too much for me to handle at first? i would take one out but i dont want it to be too much even on my first ride. some advice would be awesome, thanks!

A lot of cruisers have what seems like huge engines, but they are not built big for power but for stamina. I rode a Harley last year that had 1500ccs, and you could feel it, but it wasn't really a 'hot' bike.

Cruisers are very easy to manage despite their weight. I'd say at 6 ft/175 lbs you shouldn't have any trouble handling a Shadow Sabre 1100. In fact I think Honda makes great bikes, and if I was a cruiser person, that's what I'd be riding.

You should not have any problems with this low narrow cruiser. The bike will only go as fast as you pull back the throttle. If you can balance the weight the rest will come. With each bike I have ever riden or owned over the years there is a learning curve. It will be the same for you
