Men or any1 ogling or looking to much is one thing, I would think most dressing that way would expect a bit of attention, it is more when men make loud sexual innuendos, cat calls, it's uncalled for and rude nevermind not the best way to get a date
i think women complain so they can weed out the whiners and the softees who are going to come to their defense or pout and the people who confident and say "yep i was looking" or just walk on! Women like confident men! So if somebody is showing, i might look at it. i don't look at every woman. And sometimes i just look at what she is wearing. i guess i like fashion just as much as women do!
But im going to look, i just don't make it obvious unless im at the bar! And usually they don't care anyway!
