I wouldn't call their voices sexy, but I will admit that Monica Rial and Sandy Fox have adorable voices for the various anime characters they have voiced.

Female Voices? I'm sure anime dub fans agree and I'm surprised no one's mention her: Wendee Lee. Ahhh Faye, how I love you, and I'd definitely agree with Kari Wahlgren especially as Haruko from FLCL.

I agree. I am a big fan of them both. Annemone from Eureka Seven well always hold a special place for me. But speaking of anime actors, normally she plays tough chicks, but Karen Strassmen preformance in Requerem From Darkness, the character she voices a very sexy voice.
