Loved Johnny Depp in Pirates. Just suited him so well, that quirkiness and oddness and he does the dead pan comedy so well.
 
I couldn't agree more. it's so true, he does know how to act and having seen a majority of the films he's done you could get by by saying he's nderrated, but that's just the thing-he's such an actor and his work is so good that i'd rather him that than to get explosive recognition like he did in Titanic which he's done other marvelous performances that blow you away in my opinion before, and have the media and people fuss over stuff they shouldn't worry about. so to me that's what makes him even more and better at what he does because he can stay low-key(at times) but still convey such rawness in his performance. i love watching him act, he's my all-time favorite and very inspirational.

I should also add Al Pacino in Scarface as a sexy male lead.

This was when Al Pacino was in his 30s and really did have a sex appeal about him (moreso than now).

This role is one of the icons of mainstream entertainment and what makes his portrayl of it so sexy is that he in fact makes Tony Montana so damn appealing -- to both men and women -- Even though he too is a cold-blooded killer like Michael Corleone in the Godfather movies.

What is interesting is that Al Pacino said that for this role he approached the character in a two dimensional way (black and white/calm and irriate) instead of a normal three dimensional way like most actors do in order to "flesh out" a character and make them more believeable and/or appealing to the audience.

Brad Pitt in Legends of the Fall....and in Fight Club...long hair...short hair, it doesn't matter...he's just so damn sexy!!...i really feel that these 2 roles are the ones where he took advantage of his looks. Oh...and of course Troy...even tho people said he was very..."bad smelling"...jajajajaja....what do you care!!!...it's Brad Pitt!!!....cover your nose!!

Edward Norton in American history X...first, i love this movie so mush...and second, he looks so sexy whit those tatoos...and that body!!....OMG...he used to be so skinny!!!;)

Robert Downey Jr. in Iron Man. Technically, I think he is hot anywhere, but this movie definitely gave him a "ZOMG! He is so hot" Michael Phelps like following. Him in the tux, being a total ass and yet charming at the same time is too freaking hot. I squee whenever he is in a suit in that film.

The Iron Man work out did him good.

Classic ones: Brad Pitt in Fight Club (the sweat, the toned abs, the no shirt, the hot jerk off attitude) and George Clooney in Out of Sight (OMG bathtub scene).

That role totally slipped my mind. I saw the movie for the first time last summer on PBS and I watched it evrytime they re-ran it. He was so gorgeous.



How did I forget this movie? It was the first time I'd ever seen Mark Ruffalo in a movie and I know the cop was racist and maybe crazy but DAMN he was sexy.
