As for a really hot character but one you would never go for in real life as he is evil and would probably kill you- its just got to be Deacon Frost in Blade!! ;)
 
Stanley Kowalski in 'A Streetcar Named Desire'. He was a nasty & disturbed character but i couldn't help but find him sexy. It also helps that Marlon Brando played him in the movie. ;)
