Sex with only a condom and no pill?

Im thinking of having sex with a boyfriend of almost a year for my first time ever,and i'd like to know if it's safe to only use a condom? I'm not asking for advice on how to obtain the pill or anything of that sort. I'd just like to know if a lot of women only use condoms as birth control and no pill,and if that's a safe path to go?
 
well a condums safe but they can break so its always nice to have bc as a back up. You can go to planparenthood.com and find one in your area and get it for free. I mean yes you can do only a condom but you never if it could break. Best of Luck=D
 
Its not as safe but its better than nothing. i dont think birth control is good because you gain a lot of weight and it has soo many side affects!
well as long as it doesnt break just be safe when you use it. and if it does break PLAN B
 
not really. my sister got pregnant because her boyfriend's condom broke. i now have a 5 year old niece.
