Are some sex scenes in movies real?
like American history x when Derek is having sex with his gf?
or in the lost boys when shane and that girl are in the bedroom, it looks like shes really giving him oral sex and then it looks as if they have sex?
and what about Underworld? that looks real?
and also what hollywood movies have real sex in them?
 
Hollywood has become realllyyy good at faking sex scenes. None of the movies you mentioned have actual sex scenes in them. Here is a pretty comprehensive list of real sex scenes in movies
 
Nomne of its real its just the way the camera is angled. and the way the actors are positioned. No film has real sex unless its porn
