Okay so I'm a virgin, and I really want to have sex with my boyfriend, but i am so so so terrified of getting pregnant.

If I buy these:
*a condom
*sperm kill
* "the pill"

is there a 100% chance i wont fall pregnant?

Nothing is 100%... nothing. However, your chances of getting pregnant while on the pill and using condoms PLUS a spermicide are very low. Just make sure you are on the pill for the recommended length of time(usually a month to be safe) BEFORE you have sex for the first time and you are taking the pill exactly as directed(same time every day without forgetting). You also need to make sure that the spermicide you use is condom compatible... some aren't so you really need to read the box.... and the package insert for the pill(so you know what to do when you miss a pill and every pill user forgets at least once).

Nothing is 100%! But using that combination (as long as the pill is the combined pill) is as near to perfect as you can get without being celibate! The main thing is to get advise from a professional as well as on line. The Pill is not something to take lightly, you should always get a check up from a health professional and talk through the possible side effects. I am not going to lecture you about how you should think about sex and whether now is the right time.. I'm presuming your old enough to make those sorts of decisions for yourself without complete strangers going on at you : )

The only method that's 100% effective in you not getting pregnant is to just not have sex. It's the best if you use the birth control pill and a condom at the same time. There's a slight chance you COULD end up pregnant,but chances are it won't happen. Just make sure you take your pills at the same time everyday.
