Sex Offender question?

So here is the situation. I have an older brother 26 who is a Registered Sex Offender. His crime: He and some friends went out to a very popular club one night. My brother is NOT a drinker at all. He met this girl at the club who he talked to for about a month before finally getting intimate with her. After a whole month, they finally had intercourse. They both ended up dating. A few weeks later, the police called my brother and wanted him to come to the police station. Apparently, the young girl was caught having Intercourse with ANOTHER male age 31 which set off a whole investigation. During the investigation, 2 other adults were discovered. Clearly, this is a VERY promiscuous girl. The police told my brother her real age was 15 and he ended up going to jail for Sexual Assault. He never not once denied having sex with the girl. He got on the stand and told the truth about what happened. It was the same story im telling right now. He ended up accepting a Plea for Probation but he would have to register as a Sex Offender for LIFE. Now people look at him like a serial rapist or a Child Molester and I know that is NOT him regardless of what anyone may think.I love my brother a lot and I hate that he is going through this but I feel that this young girls parents should be prosecuted also for even allowing their child to be out past the 12:00am curfew that Texas has for Minors ages 14-17. We live together with my daughter and our mother. I understand that there are Pedofiles and Predators out there in this world but what makes me mad is that he is lumped into the same catagory. It's easy for us to sit here and say what should happen to ANY Sex Offender since we are not actually the ones that have really been tricked like this. It's even easier to vote for the death penalty for Sex Offenders in general without even looking at the case but that is just NOT something I am going to do. I know my brother batter then anyone and I can honestly valtch for him that he wouldn't just go looking for young girls to have sex with. People are going to disagree but their opinions don't matter to me. I want to hear from some sophisticated people who at least have high school diploma. Please be OPEN MINDED!! I don't wish to argue with idiots who are against ALL Sex Offenders. I want to hear from someone who can be open to both sides!!! If you've already answered before, then do NOT answer again! Idiots will be blocked so don't even waste your time talking mess!!
