my job? I work at a company that has a reputation of being a great place to work. I am 21 years old and this is just a part time job for me while I go to college full time. Anyway my manager was just arrested for having relations with 14 year old girls. He is 26. I read the news article and it said he was arrested a couple years ago and put on probation for the same thing. I thought companies did background checks? I mean I work at a job where the cashiers are as young as 15. Is this right? I mean what other types of people am I working with.

I worked with someone who did time for assault. It made me uncomfortable. But once you do the time, I guess you have to work.
