okay so hes soon to be 19 and im soon to be 16. this is illegal to have sex right? but what if youre in an actual relationship? like we went to highschool together and we haven't had sex yet, but we want to. currently we are 18 and 15, so if we just had sex could he get thrown in jail? i just dont know what to do in this scenario with all the laws and everything. what do you think?
