I think mostly people who didn't had sex or shall never have it(ugly/fat lol) say that it's overrated.
State your opinions.
 
I wouldn't say sex is overrated but is portrayed very differently in the media, sex is not like 'movie sex'. I love having sexing and I think it is amazing with the right person. Although, I remember thinking when I was a virgin that sex would be just like the movies, but I find it to be very different but still just as good or better.
 
How is sex over rated?

if you say purity rings,i'd agree with you.that's what i would call over rated.

Virginity should be some one's private choice.it shouldnt be presented by anything other than the person's beliefs.
 
Sex is not overrated if you enjoy it!
People who haven't had sex, or if it was their first time will find it overrated though!
 
im a virgin and dont think its overrated its a part of life
everyone will and should do it.
i got close but no cigar.
