Sex during pregnancy... Ur opinion on TMI?

ok, i'm really serious on this so please don't report...

They say sex is safe during pregnancy but i'm worried that we might be too rough? Sometimes i think that our baby is going to be hurt just from too much "moving" or "thrust".

No rude comments please! I'm serious about this.

I had the SAME concern. My OBGYN said that it is all okay as long as i don't feel any pain UNTIL the last trimester. he said to take it easy during the last one. It can cause contractions.
Also, a small sidenote for you:
-the chemicals in sperm cause the lining to thin (which is how you dilate) so watch that too in the last trimester :)
 
I really don't see any reason why anyone would be rude about this subject as many pregnant women and even expectant fathers worry about this. I actually read in my preggy book that the rocking could actually kind of put your baby to sleep. I think the same way too though. I really don't think the baby is in very much harm seeing as he or she is pretty well protected in there :)
 
actually sex during pregnancy is like rocking the baby! so it shoudnt harm the baby. if you cramp badly afterwards followed by bleeding, then I'd contact the dr. but if you're concerned, just dont do it so roughly!
 
As long as your doctor hasn't mentioned sex being a problem for you then your probably fine your baby is protected :)
