A fan of the shows but not the movie?
Completely obsessed by the whole franchise?

I have to say, I was a massive fan of the TV series from day 1, and I enjoyed the first movie. I'll definitely see the second one, but I can't help but think that they tied up all loose enRAB in the first. I'm stuck as to what I think they can cover in the next....
 
I'm with you. I loved the series and loved the movie. But i'm not sure where they can take the 2nd film and how they can make it equal, if not better than the previous.

I'm expecting a death

loved the series hated the film.

it was aimed at the american pie crowd - dogs humping legs, charlotte having the runs...

the tv show was witty and genuinely funny, this was embarrassing and the fact so many women went to see it again and again shows how little taste they have (ditto mamma mia).

plus the relentless consumerism seems naff these days
 
the film just made women out to be awful.

obsessed with men.
obsessed with marriage.
obsessed with clothes and shoes.

not a v good advert for the fairer sex tbh
 
I don't really hold that against the film. Many films paint the sexes in unflattering lights. It doesn't bother me. People just need to be able to separate fantasy and reality.

I think it was a fun (if brainless) movie that lacked the wit of the TV show, but entertaining nonetheless.

I hope there are some seriously juicy storylines in the new one, but what could they be..........?
