Sex and the City Movie spoiler

why would one of the main characters mention that someone dies when everyone at the premier had to swear to secrecy!! Even the papers havent revealed whats going to happen. I just think its just a load of rubbish!! Why would they want to spoil the film for someone!!!
 
No test audiences so far and absolutely no pre-reviews with a possibility of the press not getting an advanced screening. All the signs are pointing to a major bomb and an early DVD release
 
but it is out now, please pm me... i can't wait and don't know when i can see it.

Trust me. This film will be a massive hit worldwide. There are millions of sex and the city fans who have been missing the show and will be clamouring to see this and will possibly even go back again to see it. I intend to!
 
Sorry - but what are you talking about? The audience was women who don't get out much????? I can assure you myself and all my girlfrienRAB used to watch it on the TV and we get out a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Most straight men I know actually enjoy the show too - you have some strange ideas!
 
There have been test audiences in LA - these started last week. They have also shot different endings - both statements are FACT and are mentioned in last weeks variety newspaper - will shortly post a link.
No signs of an early DVD release at all.
No signs of a major bomb.
 
I very much doubt this film will bomb. It may or may not be as good as the anticipation, but this series had a huge number of followers who miss the show and will go to see the film regardless. The film is only just beginning to get test reviews because I'm guessing the studio don't want too much about the film itself leaked too early.

As for the Cynthia Nixon interview, it's all obviously part of the beginning of the publicity to hype up the film. As for the spoiler - it could be anyone of the minor characters, but I doubt it would be one of the main four.
 
Only way I'd see this would be if it was confirmed they all died.

Considering this is supposed to be a comedy, Why isn't it funny?
