sex - about it & the dreaded pain?

hi, m eand my boyfriend havent had it yet and we both really want to and yes i am of legal age and so is he ( we both the same age) i have a kinda phobia of fear, not the usual dont like a bit or pain but i just think its totally going to hurt like hell. what the best steps to actually prevent the pain from being to bad? and what does the pain feel like? isit even that bad? .. :S please reply .. .x thanks x
 
Use a lubricated condom.
Tell him to keep going until you feel pleasure, make sure its not a a quick one or you will feel it the next time you have sex.

Also i found that with some girls, it hurts more because they have never used tampons before.
It hurts alot, but its not unbearable.
Appearently you bleed alot after but for me, (i think because i used tampons before) i didnt bleed at all really.
