Severe Indoor Allergies and Migraine Auras?

Hello All;

I was wondering if anyone else out there suffers from allergy induced migraine auras??

I have severe indoor allergies (dust, mites, mold, cat) and have found a connection between exposure and what seemd to be migraine auras.

I was at a hotel that looked clean enough but woke up in the middle of the night all congested with flashing lights in my vision -same way in the morning. When I checked the filter for the air/heater unit it was DISGUSTING!!! Filled with dirt and dust who knows what else. Gross...Anyway, after I cleaned it my symptoms cleared about 75%.

So I was just wondering if others get the aura part of the migraine when exposed to indoor allergies and if so what has worked for you to help decrease them?
