I have a severe gag reflex. I gag when I brush my teeth, I gag when I go to the dentist, I gag when anything gets near my throat! I have tried the squeezing your left thumb trick, and the putting your feet up thing. (It's not like I can do that at the dentist) Is there anyway I can compress my gag reflex to help it get better?
