I am a 19-year-old female with a history of depression and anxiety. I have been having monthly bouts of severe dizzinses, nausea, and NAUSEATING hunger since February. I have irregular periods and sometimes I have a burning sensation after I pee. I started Lexapro months after i began having these spells, so I do not believe that this is the problem. I have been blood-tested for Diabetes, Thyroid, and other basic blood tests but it always comes up negative. I feel incredibly lost due to the fact that this nausea and dizziness is affecting both my work and schooling. I have missed way too much time from school due to this, and I have no idea what to do . I have no health insurance and I am currently going to a low-income clinic trying to findo ut more answers. I am unsure of what this could be. I have only ever had one sex partner, and we always use protection. I am not pregnant. Someone please help, I don't knoww hat to do anymore. Also remember that it is very cyclical. Same time every month...

adrenals affect your hormones...stress affects your adrenals..ie...stress...adrenals and our hormones are all related. i can't private message you ...since you are new on here. you need to post more bf i can private message you. there is a book you need to get. there are things you need to do. catch it early enough adrnal fatigue is reversable but it takes work. my doctor told me that the stress i have is affecting my adrenals and my hormones in the end. i take dhea, progesterone..day 14-28 of my cycle, i take prognolone and dim to balance my hormones...i have thyroid issues but the adrenals happened after my thyroid levels were not properly treated. so, you need eat regularly every 2-3 hours...something...not carbs but protein . eat fruit only after lunch..like a pear..the less sugary ones..eat veggies. stay away from toxins, they stress your adrenals. stay away from caffeine... excercise but not in excess...meditate, do yoga, deep relaxation techniques, there are so many things the book talks about. but you should have your hormones checked...i only do natural ...my opinion i would not do anythiing else. hormones can make you depressed and have anxiety.,..i speak from experience. hope this helps.
