Severe armpit sweating

For the past few months I've been suffering from heavy sweating from my armpits that has not relented.

I'm a 22 year old male.

I thought at first maybe it was caused by taking hot showers and getting dressed immediately, trapping the heat because I would sweat as soon as I put my shirt on, however it continues throughout the day.

It literally drips out of me. I've sweat through a t-shirt and hoodie to my jacket before.
My armpits also become quite warm when they sweat, and I can feel it on the outside of my cloths.

I've noticed it tenRAB to slow down or stop at around 8-9pm and I don't sweat until the morning.

To be honest it's frustrating and draining to continually have to wipe my armpits or change my shirt. It's also kind of scary that it doesn't let up.

The only ideas I have for causes would be a deficiency of some sort.
I know for a fact I'm deficient in Vitamin D as I live in Canada and don't get it from the sun.
I also think I may be deficient in Vitamin B12.

I've read a Magnesium/Calcium deficiency could cause sweating, but I don't know.

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

that's miserable isn't it? Have you been in to see a dermotogolist? There are actually prescription medicines that can help with the sweating. I had a friend who had problems-not as severe as yours, but bad enough. She finally saw a dermotologist and he gave her a prescription that stoped the sweating. It took a couple of tries with different meRAB, but one of them finally worked.

If you don't want the doctor route, there is a product on the market-I think it's Ever-dry(?). You put it on at night and then rinse it off in the morning. It isn't as strong as the ones you get from a doc, but it might be worth your while to try it. Ask your pharmacist, he should be able to tell you the name. Good luck and I hope you find some relief.

The condition is probably axillary hyperhidrosis, excessive sweating of the underarms.

Searching for cures will likely lead you to many surgeon's sites promising a "cure". Be very, very cautious about this surgery called ETS. Many, many side effects are associated with this surgery and often you will sweat much more in other locations.

You can try antiperspirants such as Drysol. If you don't see it on the shelf, ask the druggist; they often keep it in stock. You put it on at night and wash it off the next morning. It does burn and itch, a lot for some people. You might start with a product called Certain-Dri.

There are medications used to stop sweating but are actually bladder control medications. You need a doctor's prescription for these anticholinergics.

The iontopherhesis machines work well, especially for hand sweating. But you have to use the machines regularly. You get little electric shocks. Some people find it too uncomfortable.

There is a different surgery than ETS where they remove the sweat glanRAB under your arm. Works for some people. You have to research.

Botox is a very good solution but it usually only lasts 6-8 months. It's expensive, but a lot of insurance companies will cover the cost.
