Since October I've had a very severe anxiety disorder, I could not go to school for months, was hospitalized, and am still terrified of school assemblies. Anyways, I have fought the disorder well and have got my life pretty much back, but Im' afraid that if something were to happen at the 1 week camp I am going to, I do not know what I would do. Any advice for if I get a panic attack at camp?

1st of all, hopefully your on medication and if you are you should be ok to go to the sleepaway at camp. If you are not on medication, or if you have had recent anxiety attacks, I would skip the sleepaway this time and go when I am more steady. If you do go, some coping skills is to slow down your breathing, tell yourself its okay, deep breath, look around you and try to relax. Know that it will pass in a few minutes. Also make sure the counselor or adult in charge knows that you suffer from panic attacks just in case it happens they will know how to help you. Don't skip medications and have a great time, if you decide to go.
