;)For the last several months I have had severe allergy.
I am using Astilin Nasal Spray, Singulair 10. MG
and a host of other antihistamines.

I have had extensive allergy testing, and so for nothing
really show any abnormalities.

:confused:Does someone know anything that helps severe allergy?

:wave:Thank you very much................................

They did one three years ago, and found nothing.
My HMO should have repeated it, after three years
but would not.

I am looking into anothere HMO or PPO to transfer to.

Well, if you aren't testing positive for any airborne allergies, it's either not allergies or it's food allergies. What does your doctor say?

I have the same problem. My allergies have gotten worse over the years. About 15 years ago I took allergies shots, then 10 years ago I took allergy shots. Now, my allergies are severe and I have been tested and the doc says I don't have allergies. I am fine all winter long, but once spring hits I am miserable. If there is grass, trees and pollen in the air I have trouble breathing (asthma) and I have terrible allergies. I take tons of antihistamines, and nose sprays. Since conventional docs can't help me because "I don't have allergies", I am trying natural ways - eating local honey, taking things to improve my immune system, etc.

How can I NOT have allergies now when I have tested positive 2 -3 times in my life?! My allergies are worse than ever.

I also have had the CT scan done and my sinuses are fine. Ugh!

I will ask. I was told years ago I was allergic to wheat products.
My Allergist is on the low end for diagnosis. They just do what
they have to do, and that is that.

SounRAB like you need a CT done of your sinuses. There could be abnormalities within your sinus structures, in which case you would need surgery.

;)You might try Acupuncture it has workded for me at times.
Not always.

I am useing Astelin Nazel Spray a few times a day.
That may help you.

I think anything that will boost the immune system
will help.

I also flush out my nose twice daily with salt water.
That seems to really help as well.

Peace and good health

Sam.. have you ever kept a journal of your symptoms (tracking fooRAB eaten, weather, pollen)? You never said what they are.. just severe. I've tested positive for dogs, ragweed, grass and trees. This is the only time of year that i have a increase of symptoms. I'm attempting allergy shots to see what happens. I've also recently started acupuncture and he and my chiro have advised me to go wheat/gluten free. It has helped. I haven't been completely wheat free but have made a drastic cut. I think my worst reactions were with cookies/cakes etc
