...asked me a question? regarding the rules and laws.I could not answer the question because the laws have changed so much since 1979 when I filed. His question was, if he owed money on his garden tractor and listed it in the court and the company that has the loan does not claim the tractor until after the case had been heard and closed they have no rights to his tractor. From what he told me the loan company did not claim the tractor and he went on to court and the case was heard and the bankruptcy was granted then the 90 days passed and did not hear from the loan company until several weeks after everything had been settled and done and now the loan company wants the tractor. Like I said I could not answer the question, Can someone out there tell me what to tell him. The debt has been cleared from his name by the bankruptcy court. Thank you .........
