Need some help - I'm trying to validate my email account on BIS and today I've been getting this message: "Your BlackBerry Internet E-mail session has expired. Please close your browser and try again."

I've tried everything: restarting, turning on & off, turning off wireless and back on... anyone experience this before?

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~go to my tmobile and check if a bb shows as your phone if not change it then go to support for my phone and it will have the links to set up or confirm your email accounts pin me if you have any issues

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~happen to me with gmail. What I had to do was go into my email account from a pc and and reset my password. Then go back and set up that email account thru my Blackberry and it worked.

it shows up fine on the Tmobile site though - that's what is weird . . .

I was able to validate the email address over BIS on the site but can't get to it on the phone?

well i have 3 accounts that i have setup -- but my work account using BIS through OWA errored and needed to be validated. It won't show me anything...

So I did an application delete and restore - no success.

turned the device off all night with battery out - no success.

I'm at a loss here - so weird...

I am having the same problem, can't access the "Set up internet email" link in my browser, gives me the same message.

It's not affecting my email, I am able to send and revieve all email from my 4 linked accounts, seems the only thing that it's affecting is actually being able to set up , edit and delete accounts.

Strange issue, T-Mobile just says to resend the service books, I tried everything listed in this post, yet no luck.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Apparently there have been problems recently loggin in to the BIS accounts. And RIM was doing GPRS/EDGE Server Maintenance this morning. Don't know if this has anything to do with this problem but it might.

Actually, I think I made a mistake, the service outage will be early tomorrow morning and Sunday morning. But there may still be problems with the BIS servers.

You might have to go to the My T-Mobile site and set up your BlackBerry mail; that's what I had to do, and it works fine. It's a minor inconvenience, but it takes care of itself in the end.

I logged into my T-Mobile account online to set up filters on my BIS account to only pass on mail addressed to me. Hpoing to kick the spam... maybe that is why there are issues, they are trying to stop the evil spam.
