setting up Ramble

Hey everyone, I have an 8700g and am trying to set up Ramble IM but I keep getting error messages. Right now it says "invalid Connection String: Could not find a service book entry for ippp" Dunno where to get a service book sent to my phone for this...
There were other messages but I forgot to write them down :P any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
In options, go to Ramble and make sure Network Connection is set to device default and TOC Host & Port is toc.oscar.aol.com:8080. Also after you have verified those settings, try resetting your device to see if that helps.
 
Tried for days to install IM. Found out that I didn't have full bars on my cellphone? Went upstairs for better coverage area and it worked immediately....
 
i realize that this post is very old but if anybody happens to read this...

i have tried all of the options and settings i have found and i STILL cant get ramble to work with my 7290.

it just says "logging in" for a long period of time then doesnt work.
