Is it possible to setup windows media centre with BEV. I have a 5900 reciever and a video card with a S video hook up. Is my best bet to call customer service and see if they can help? Or if any of you know of a forum or guide that would be great.

Thanks

If you have a PC with W Media Center as your operating system and you have inputs on your PC to attach the STB, yes you can. If your PC came with remote control and flasher for your STB, even better.
As you go to setup Media Center TV settings, you'll be asked questions like, postal code, whether cable, satellite or antenna; Bell Expressvu or Star Choice, East or West etc. which will then download your chosen guide...follow the directions.
I have a dedicated Star Choice STB hooked up with composite to a MCE PC and as long as I leave the STB on, it controls all recordings.

This is an older, but reasonably comprehensive article that should help.

Bell customer service won't help you unfortunately.

Thanks for the help.
I'm probably missing the easiest thing but when I go to set up my TV signal it says that no tuner is found. My video card has a S-video jack that I have plugged into my 5900 receiver. I'm not sure why it inst detecting it.

Are you sure you have a tuner card, or is the S-Video the output from your video card?

The S video will be an output from your computer. This is what you would attach to your TV. You need a tuner card to capture the input from your 5900. A common tuner used is something like a Hauppauge PVR150 MCE found here:http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/products/data_pvr150mcekit.html

The mce kit will also have a remote and IR blaster which will change the channels on your 5900. I have this setup on a 5100 for over a year now and is awesome.
Cheers
