I called tmobile to tell that EDGE on my building at work is messed up. It sometimes switches to GPRS and I can't do email. She told since its Work and building she can't do service call or whatever it only works for home or residential. Is it true?
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~ They have me the runaround on a similar issue about 2 years ago. I finally convinced them they needed to do something when I kept calling them daily bugging them that my phone was constantly losing signal.
 
This isnt excatly true our policy states that after proper TS that shows that our network is the issue and not the building then someone can be sent out within 48 hours to diagnose the issue and possible correct it
