I live in Oklahoma & I'm not sure about all the laws of being served. I have a No Trespassing sign in my drive. This guy came to my home on Sunday evening & served me a summons. Is any of this legal? I was under the impression that Sunday is off limits. If it was served illegally, what can I do about it?
