Seriously thinking about getting a Jeep Wrangler?

What are the pros and cons and which model is the best.... Looking for 90's or early 2000's 2 door. I do drive about 40 minutes to work but would love a smaller car since my kids are grown now and the Jeep Wrangler is sporty looking and from my research they don't loose there values that much. Thanks
