serious gun to the head question

You seem to miss the fact that the kid was a wanted criminal, and was using lethal weapons against the peace officers as per homeland security.

But you go ahead and cry about the poor dead criminal.
 
but what if they don't, you just had a gun to someones head for nothing or some pissed off fucker took your gun and shot you with it. if you point the god damned barrel up you have better control of the situation because you see more--you don't have your fucking gun in front of your face sticking out there where it is vulnerable, and by taking the overly aggressive posture you ramp up the situation.

How is using the threat of deadly force going to get ME killed again?
