Batman: Triumphant
This is a tough one because had it been made we would not have had the wonderful Batman Begins & The Dark Knight
Batman: Triumphant was to be the 5th film in the 'other' WB Batman series, the script was written even before Batman & Robin hit the cinemas but unfortunately the pish poor box office results resulted in WB scrapping the next sequel.
Joel Schumacher was called in to direct again but apparently the film was to return to the darker tone of Batman and Batman Returns.
The story line involved The Scarecrow using his fear toxin to bring back the Joker (played by Jack Nicholson) as a hallucination. Harley Quinn was involved too, but as The Jokers daughter.
I really liked the idea and think it would have made a nice film, however I think it all worked out well in the end as they eventually hired Christopher Nolan and decided to reboot the franchise rather than continue it and well the rest is history....
