When we got our first upgrade with Verizon they let us do it around 18 months. Both phones. Then this last time they allowed my husband to do it around the same time, but I have to wait 22 months. They also let him do it a month earlier (at 17 months) but when we called to try the same with mine we were told no, it has to be 22 months and they won't even do it at 21 months. That doesn't seem right. He got his new phone three months ago and according to the site they are now saying he has another 18 months, putting him at 22 months. Everything has always been bought and done at the same time so I don't understand how they can be three months off.
Separate trade-in dates on Verizon phones bought/traded in at the same time?
