Sent a mobile handset for repair to "Three" repair center and returned with external

damage? I sent my mobile handset for repair to Three repair center and I recieved it with a deep and long scratch on the screen and the keypad as well as a burning trace on the tip of the handset. I called Three customer service and they told me that they recieved the mobile with this scratch on it although I sent the handset with no scratch or any external defect at all. What to do and how to resolve this issue with Three???
 
I would play them at there own game, find someone who has the same phone as you. Take a picture of it email it to them and say this is how the phone was sent to you, scratch free.

They have obviously messed up and dont want to admit to it
