Sensible bike choice for a 19 year old ?

Basically i'm 16 at the moment but i think when i'm about 19 i would love to get a sports bike.
I really love bikes and prefer them to cars. My dream bike would obviously be something like a Gixxer 750 , R1 or Ninja but is this practical for a 19 year old who is new to riding.
If you do not think it is practical is there any sports bikes which are more practical, baring in mind i would like a sports bike :).

what ever high end bike u buy u cannot ride more than 100kmph in city roads. even a 220 cc bike can reach 120 easily. instead of buying a high end sports bike and lowering its efficiency and wasting lot of money for that better try buying a 200 or 220 cc bikes which will best suit for city roads. if u like getting a high end bike then yamaha ninja is best.....
