Can be a restaurant or another business (in case we might be explaining things to someone from another planet, & we need to be prepared for the future).
For instance,
It's casual if there's a fry-cook instead of a chef.
It's casual if both the fry-cook & the waiter wear backwards baseball caps.
It's casual if the guy who takes the keys to park the car turns out to be just some thug hanging out in the parking garage. (He's wearing red & black because those are his gang's colors.
