I have an HP Computer with a built in tv tuner, so I decided to configure the signal to record my favorite shows. I read the computer manual and figured out how to configure the cable box to the computer tower. The cable cox has an s-port and hdmi port. The manual shows that I should use an s-video cable to bring the video signal to the computer. But since both the computer tower and cable box both have a hdmi port, can I use that instead of the s-video cord? Is that possible?
