Sending pictures from my phone to my Mac via bluetooth?

I've been trying to send a photo I took with my phone (Samsung Gravity) to my Macbook Pro. I know how to use bluetooth on my phone and computer, but when I try to send the picture from my phone, it says that there's a connection fail and it won't send my picture. What do I do?
