Sending a php snippit to a mysql database?

Ok im having a hell of a time, Simply i have a APC Panel i have designed, every thing is working ok until now, i added a snippet upload form. However when the form is sent i receave a error. I have diagnosed the issue to be the input form for the code snippit. when i removed the php contense from the form it works ! Now my only guess is that you cant sant a php script across a url . Any idears ?
