one per ounce of the envelope, use a regular kitchen scale to measure.
it probably won't be more then 3 stamps, but it depends on how heavy your flash drive is.
I would put 3 or 4 stamps on it. Make sure to write "hand cancel" on the envelope so they don't put it in the machine to cancel the stamps. If you still have questions, take it to the Post Office.
