Send / Receive Faxes

I'm looking for a candy bar style phone that I can use in conjuction with my laptop to send and receive faxes. Anyone know what I can use, please keep in mind that I'm in the United States.

T-Mobile has Faxmail available to customers with a $39.99 or more per month contract.
It's free with the above conditions. I heard about it on the Howard Forums. The way I understand it is: Someone sends a fax to your cell phone. When you are near a local fax machine you send the stored fax from you cell phone to the local fax machine.
