i want to send a .jar file to my phone, i do not have a cable, i do not have an adapter, and i do not have the internet on my phone, how do i send a .jar file to my phone without actually having to use one of those...?

Your only other solution would be either Infra-red, or Bluetooth - which your PC must also support. Other than that, there is no other way.

zarphor92 is right.
you can transfer the file using infrared or bluetooth.
check whether your cellphone has any of these features.

or if your phone has external memory card, you can attach the memory card to your computer, copy the file into it, and attach the memory back to your phone.

if your computer is a desktop computer (rather than a notebook), you might need to buy a bluetooth device or a card reader for your computer.

I believe Bluetooth can work, but other than that, you need the cable to send it to your phone.

You need to have infrared or bluetooth facilities to send the .jar file to your mobile. Or else you can also take the memory card store the .jar file using the other phone and fix it in your phone. It will work in most case.

If you had internet on your phone you could upload the .jar file to one of your servers and then navigate to that link on your phone and it will install. But you dont so therefore they are right you need to either use bluetooth or infared. Thats the only other way.
