see, since the oil spill is President Bush's fault, it is a clear example of President Bush not caring about black people. it is a clear case of the vast right-wing conspiracy to make sure black people stop reproducing in the gulf coast area.
 
Who knows what effect using the dispersant will have but they shouldn't be using it anyways. It doesn't even do anything to help the immediate situation it just makes it worse. The only thing it's good for is making things look better and attracting less attention because all the oil isn't on the surface of the water.

if only the oil spill happened in new england. the country would be a lot better off.
