Selling Woman Sex Pills - Is It Legal?

If a customer bought a woman sex pill and miss-use it, for example, letting a woman drink it and rape her, would the seller get into trouble for selling the pills? I've seen many websites selling those pills and even in a pharmacy. Those pills seen to be sold legally.
 
I would certainly hope not. That would be going after the wrong person.

Unfortunately, things like this have happened. A man got really drunk at a football game. He got into a car accident, so he sued the beer vendor at the football stadium.
