selling n73

hi i am going to sell my n73 in the near future and was wondering...
if i:
changed it to the black housing
put a 2gb mini sd card in it
ad-41 headset with it
and the music firmware(already on it)
would i be able to sell this as a ME n73?
 
You could but you would be deceiving the person you're selling it to. Plus you run the risk of bricking your phone AND damaging the phone by opening the housing.

If you want to include a SD card and headset, and explain that you've converted it, that would be different. The price differences aren't that substantial, so just be straight with the buyer to prevent future issues.
 
Note to myself: do not buy N73 ME phones from hofo

Why not just advertise it as a N73 that is "like" a N73ME, because you probably are spending the $100 on it to make it the N73ME compatible.
 
The hardware in the Music Edition version is different from the regular version, so even if you change the housing perfectly, it won't be the same.
