Selling my XBOX 360. Best way to Package and send it?

Selling it on ebay. Not here to advertise.
But i put it up for £25 postage whihc should be plenty. but what is the best way to send it. I.E which company do i use

i had alittle look on UPS but it seemed very confusing.

will it be tossed around though with Royal mail special delivery?
I dont want it to arrive their broken.
