I am interested in selling my sprint contract and I have a current sprint phone but the person has a sprint phone that they want to use on this existing contract, can they still use their sprint phone on this contract or will I have to sell them my phone? He can't afford my phone and I am not going to give it to him. Will I have to pay the current monthly bill before selling the contract to them by the due date or on the switch date?
