Okay, so my fiance just went off to bootcamp about 2 weeks ago, and sold his car to a friend at work. Since he left tho, his friend stopped making payments. The title is still in my fiance's name, but he hasnt had insurance or tags on the vehicle (which the buyer is completely aware of) and the buyer still got caught driving it around and got multiple charges the other night. What are my options or what should i do, since this guy hasnt paid anything since my man left, and im preggo so i was hoping on that support while he was gone. I should be getting his power of attorney soon too, so i think ill be able to do whatever with the title right?
