I have a '98 chevrolet cavalier and it wont start because it needs a new key ignition cylinder. I cant afford to get it fixed right now but I am about to start school and am in desperate need of a new car. My question is can i trade it in for a running car? If so where do I do this? Do I take it to any dealership or only a chevy dealership? I know I can find someone to buy it because it has been SO many wanting to buy(b4 i decided to sell it) it and trying to steal it but I dont want to have to go through selling it then lookin for a new car I want to do it all in one day. Also can I buy a cheap car at an auction?
