self defense with Asp/Baton?

Hello I am wondering if there are any good books out there that cover practical situations to be put in and to be able to successfully fight my way out of if need be. I am well aware on how to avoid situations that would put me in danger but if the time comes when I have no where to run and my only option is to fight I would like to be as prepared as possible and I would like to stay away from crazy flashy stuff that would really never work. Any information will be helpful! Oh and I have a collapsible baton if that makes any difference. Thanks!!

a. hit hand, hit knee, hit head

b. hit hand, hit head, hit knee

c. hit head, hit hip pointer, hit elbow joint
