Selective Perception need not always be correlated to anything in a Time Bound Manner unless there are some Planet / Planets, Godhood, Secrets or Some Resultant Intensity etc is/are trying to bring in the Correlation within that Time Frame ..
.. of course in the Infinite Time-Space Continuem anything can be correlated to anything else ..

.. perhaps the empirical experiences one might be having can also be correlated to the movements of Known/Unknown Planets / Secrets / Godhood / Resultant Intensity etc etc too .. need not just as a Tantra but a flow created by Natural Actions of Planets / Secrets / Godhood / Resultant Intensity too unless obstructed by other Known/Unknown Counter Resultant Intensities .. Generic Natural Action / Resultant Intensities that are not yet patented also could be a Governing Force .. Perhaps Resultant Entertainment / Tastefulness with some shape principles also seems a good force in bringing up so many varities of Shape .. some even by some kind of Black Magic Techniques too some times .. But then Astrology too seems to be having unexplainable Secrets coming up as Experience even beyond Tantras or Techniques of various types .. Some of them seem highly genuivine with Past Experiences of Many even beyond Black Magic Spying .. maybe like in any other field of existence that are not fully defi
